Who can apply for a Canada open work permit?

A work visa is required if you want to work in Canada. The Canada work visa is often referred to as the Canada work permit. If you are not a permanent resident but are offered a job by a Canadian company, you must apply for a work visa.

The two forms of work permits available in Canada are the open-work permit and the employer-specific work permit.

The open work visa is not tied to any specific job or company. Employer-specific job permits, on the other hand, allow foreign workers to work for a certain employer in a specified position.
